Our subcontractors are a vital part of the CF Evans team. We value our subcontractors expertise and commitment to safety and quality. We are always looking for competitive and qualified subcontractors and suppliers to partner with us.

We require all subcontractors to participate in a prequalification process. The following items will be requested of you during the prequalification process:

  • Insurance Prequalification Questionnaire (Required to be filled out and signed by Insurance Broker) Click to Download
  • Copy of contractor’s license, if applicable
  • Summary Financial and Project information is required on the prequal form, your Audited Financial Statement for last fiscal year and current interim financial statement may be requested at a later time during the prequalification process.
